About Us
Learn more about Rural Paws here

I'm David Cowell and I will start my story from the beginning when I was volunteering at a Rescue Centre. The second dog I walked was Peppa who unfortunately didn't have the best of starts so when I got her at 7 years old I wanted to give her the best I could. So I enrolled into a dog training college so I could learn to train her but I also learned how to teach.
At the same time as studying, I started Rural Paws Dog Walking where I have had the privilege of walking some beautiful dogs and being able to help with their training.
And, if studying and starting a business wasn't enough, I then started working for an established dog training school here in Ipswich. Once I had completed my puppy specialist course I was able to help new puppy owners train their puppies including house training to teaching emergency stops and everything in-between, such as loose lead walking, focus, recall, how to socialise and build confidence.
