Dog Walking
At Rural Paws we can offer a full range of Dog Walking services tailored to your requirements - ensuring that your treasured pet receives all the love, fun and exercise they need to maintain a healthy and enjoyable life.

Examples of some of our packages include:
• 30 minute walk (max of 2 dogs unless from the same house)
• 1 hour walk (max of 2 dogs unless from the same house)
• Pick up and 1 hour at the Dog Orchard (a large, secure field in an Apple orchard - perfect for "off-lead" exercise (1 dog at the moment)
I only walk a maximum of 2 dogs at a time so I can keep them on lead and have a training walk where I can teach your dog basic focus commands to help with loose lead walking.

If you would like your dog walked "off-lead" I can do so to teach your dog recall skills. I would need this in writing before proceeding and also a period of time on a training lead to begin with.

Dog Training
At Rural Paws we can offer a full range of Dog Training services tailored to your requirements.

Examples of some of our packages include:
• 1 hour of 1-to-1 training where we will work on the issues you are having with your dog, for example. loose lead walking, recall and focus
These are in packages of either 3, 5 or 10 sessions.

I have 18 months of experience as a Certified Puppy Specialist, Loose Lead Instructor and Focus Class Instructor as well as running Socialisation Walks.
I am a Positive Reinforcement Trainer meaning I am force-free and ethically bound to treat your dog with respect and care.

• A 5 week 1-to-1 puppy course
This is where I can help you with the critical first few months of puppy development,
where I will discuss everything your puppy needs from nutrition to an emergency stop
